745.16 ISSUANCE OF CABBY LICENSE.

Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the requirements of the preceding sections and satisfactorily passing the required examination, the Director of Public Service and Safety, or department designated, shall, upon payment of the required license fee, issue to the applicant a cabby license.
