739.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   General Penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per offense. Each day any violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. The Deputy Health Commissioner, or his designee, shall, and hereby does, have the authority to enforce this chapter.
   (b)   Non-Retaliation. No person or entity within the City shall discharge, refuse to hire, or in any manner retaliate or discriminate against, any employee, applicant for employment, or customer because such employee, applicant for employment, or customer has reported violation(s) of any provisions of this chapter.
