739.06 RESPONSIBILITIES OF WHOLESALERS.

Effective January 1, 2000, no wholesaler shall supply tobacco products to any retailer located within the City who is not licensed for the location being supplied per Section 739.03 , and such wholesaler shall be responsible to ascertain the existence of such license of the retailer.
