735.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, either as a principal or agent, shall engage in business or trade, or offer for sale merchandise, services, installation of a product sold by any person as defined under this chapter or any article of value within the limits of the City without having obtained a license in the manner provided for this chapter.
