The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue licenses to exhibitors of mechanical amusement devices as defined in Section 729.01
upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in this chapter and upon the payment of a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per year per device.
Any denomination mechanical amusement device, as defined in Section 729.01
, fifteen dollars ($15.00) per year.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and in addition to any fines and penalties provided for in these Codified Ordinances, a permit fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) shall be paid for each mechanical amusement device whose license has not been renewed within thirty days of its expiration date.
