727.09 OIL, GREASE ON STREETS PROHIBITED.

No junk dealer described in Section 727.08 shall permit or cause to be placed upon sidewalks or streets adjacent to the property used as junk yards any oil, grease or other like material from the automobiles, or parts thereof, making dangerous the use of same by the residents.
