(a) Sale items to be sold shall be household items such as furniture, tools, glassware, clothing or other possessions of the person holding the sale.
Churches and charitable organizations may market items which have been donated.
(b) No person shall have more than one sale per year, nor shall such sale be longer than a period of three days.
(c) Each person having such sale shall record the days of the sale with the Health Commissioner, who shall maintain records of sales and determine that each sale has ended as stated.
