717.01 CIRCUSES AND SHOWS.

No person shall exhibit within the City any circus, menagerie, horse show, tricks of legerdemain, sideshow, exhibition of a similar nature, for which money or any other reward, is in any manner demanded or received, without first having a license from the Mayor.
