The duties of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall be to supervise all public boxing and wrestling exhibitions to be held in the City and to make and enforce rules not in conflict with this chapter governing the proper conduct of such boxing and wrestling exhibitions. The members of the Commission shall have the right to attend all boxing and wrestling exhibitions, and shall be entitled to three passes for such exhibitions, but it shall be the duty of two members of the Commission to be present at such exhibitions.
