Whoever conducts themselves in or about a building or place during the time such building or place is being used for boxing or wrestling exhibitions, in an indecent, immoral or disorderly manner, or violates any regulation of the Fire Marshal Act of the Ohio Revised Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any promoter of a boxing or wrestling exhibition shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this section, and shall be held liable for any violation thereof.
