713.06 EXAMINATION OF PARTICIPANTS; FEE; WEIGHING IN.
   A properly licensed physician must examine all participants prior to taking part in any boxing or wrestling exhibition. Either the physician appointed to the Boxing and Wrestling Commission, or in case no such appointment is made to the Commission, or such physician is unable to attend, any physician approved by the Boxing and Wrestling Commission must examine all participants prior to taking part in any boxing or wrestling exhibition. The fee for such examination shall be two dollars ($2.00) and shall be paid by the promoter or applicant having the license for such boxing and wrestling exhibition. In any event, where contestants are to make a required weight by contract, or in all professional championship bouts, participants must be weighed in by the examining physician not later than 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon of the day of the exhibition. All contestants in amateur wrestling and boxing exhibitions must be weighed in prior to such exhibition. The margin of such weight and the time of weighing shall be determined by the rules of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission.
