707.10 MERCHANDISE TO BE SOLD BY PIECES, SETS OR LOTS.

All goods, wares and merchandise to be sold at auction, as provided by this chapter, shall be sold by individual pieces except where certain pieces of articles constitute a set or lot, in which case they may be sold as such, respectively.
