701.12 APPEALS; BOARD OF APPEALS.
   Whenever any license provided for in Part Seven - Business Regulation Code is refused, suspended or revoked by the Mayor, or other proper official duly empowered to do so, such licensee or applicant may appeal from such suspension, refusal or revocation to a Board of Appeals composed of three residents appointed by the Mayor. Notice of such appeal shall be in writing and delivered to the office of the Mayor within ten days from the making of such order. The Board of Appeals shall fix the time of hearing of such appeal, at which hearing all parties interested shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard and such Board of Appeals may sustain, disapprove or modify such order, and its decision shall be final.
