701.11 COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL INCOME TAX.

Before any permit or license may be issued pursuant to this Code to any person or firm that is not domiciled within the City, such person or firm must first comply with the provisions of Section 171.07, "Declarations" of the Codified Ordinances.
