701.09 EXHIBIT UPON DEMAND; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Upon demand being made by any police officer of the City, any licensee shall show his license. The refusal by such person to show any police officer such license shall be deemed prima-facie evidence that such person has not obtained a license as herein required. For the purpose of preserving good order, every police officer of the City shall have the right of ingress and egress to any place of exhibition or performance licensed by this Code.
