Except as otherwise provided in this Code, if at any time it shall be made to appear to the satisfaction of the Mayor that any licensed person has violated any State statute or ordinance of this City applying to such license or has been convicted of a felony or any act involving moral turpitude, the Mayor may revoke his license and such licensed person shall cease to have any authority thereunder.
