2.24.350: WITNESS FEES AND MILEAGE:
Witnesses required to testify on behalf of the city may be compensated, if requested in writing in advance of the trial, in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for attendance and mileage, as for jurors. Claims shall be submitted for payment as claims for jurors; provided, this section shall not apply to any police officer or peace officer. (Ord. 965 §1, 2002)
