2.24.280: SUMMONS OF JURORS:
A.   Upon receipt of the jury list, the clerk of the court shall cause a summons substantially in the following form to be issued and served upon each person on the certified list:

You are hereby summoned to appear in the Municipal Court of the City of Warr Acres to be held at 5930 NW 49th Street, Warr Acres, Oklahoma on the         day of                 , 200 , at the hour of                      , to serve as a juror in said court, and to continue in such service until discharged by the Court. Failure to appear is a violation of the municipal ordinances punishable by a fine not to exceed Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) for each day of non-appearance.
HEREOF fail not under penalty of the law.

B.   Service of such summons shall be as the judge may prescribe by rule or direct by order, either in person upon the juror by the chief of police, or by any member of the police force of the city, or by the clerk of the court through registered or certified mail directed to the juror at the address as shown on the jury list with a request for a personally signed returned receipt. In any proceeding wherein service of summons by mail is an issue, evidence of mailing of the summons and official postal return shall be prima facie evidence that the summons was received by the juror and therefore properly served.
