In all trials, as to matters not covered in this chapter, or by the statutes relating to municipal criminal courts, or by rules duly promulgated by the supreme court of Oklahoma, the procedures applicable in trials of misdemeanors in the district courts shall apply to the extent. Provided, the municipal judges may take judicial notice of all state statutes and the ordinances of the city of Warr Acres. (Ord. 526 §4, 1982)
