2.24.030: ORIGINAL JURISDICTION:
The court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear, and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any ordinance of this municipality is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the court in accordance with applicable law. (Ord. 285 §3, 1969)
