18.04.110: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating a provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense, and each violation shall be considered a separate offense, and upon conviction of any offense shall be punished by a fine not exceeding eighteen dollars ($18.00) and two dollars ($2.00) costs for each offense. (Prior code §7-9)
