18.04.100: IMPROVEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS:
The city reserves the right to require improvements and drainage easements within the subdivision adequate to assure that there will be no backup of water, from areas outside of the subdivision, beyond the limits of the dedicated drainage easements in the subdivision as a result of a 50-year frequency flood. (Prior code §7-8)
