18.04.090: OPEN PAVED STORM DRAINAGE CHANNEL:
Open paved storm drainage channels shall be constructed in accordance with city specifications. Side slopes above the paved section shall be shaped and sodded on a slope of three (3) horizontal to one vertical or flatter. Fences shall not be erected closer than one foot (1') (measured horizontally) to the edge of the paved section. (Prior code §7-7(c))
