This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal criminal court of the city, as put into operation by a resolution duly passed on January 7, 1969, and filed in accordance with law, as authorized by title 11, Oklahoma Statutes, section 958.1 and 958.2. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of this city, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
