For the purpose of the regulations provided in this chapter, drainage channels shall be classified as follows:
A. Primary drainage channels shall be those streams, creeks, and channels which drain an area of five hundred (500) acres or more.
B. Secondary drainage channels shall be all drainage channels which drain an area less than five hundred (500) acres. (Prior code §7-3)
