The areas of special flood hazard identified by the federal emergency management agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study For Oklahoma County, Oklahoma And Incorporated Areas" dated December 18, 2009, with accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM) are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. This chapter shall go into effect on December 18, 2009, and not before. (Ord. 1079 §1, 2009)
