In addition to the rate adjustment provided in this chapter, the Council may grant exceptions to the fee schedule as applied to multiple residence apartment complexes where the customer discloses one or more residential units as uninhabitable. Such application may be made in conjunction with an application for a garbage and refuse exemption 1 of this Code. In any event, the procedure, rules, standards and regulations provided in this Code shall be applied to application for exception under this section where no conflict is created thereby. Nothing in this section shall require the Council to approve either or both applications and each shall be considered on its own merits. (Ord. 1013 §1, 2006)
