13.04.050: GUARANTEES FOR ENTITIES:
In cases where the customer is an entity, the utility account established in the entity's name must be unconditionally guaranteed by the officers of the entity, or in the case of a partnership, by all members of the partnership, whether general or limited, and all members of a limited liability corporation. In lieu of an unconditional guarantee, the City may accept a surety bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Oklahoma, conditioned upon the payment in full of all charges and fees assessed for sewer service rendered to the premises. The amount and form of the guarantee shall be determined by the Billing Clerk as sufficient to protect the city from potential loss of fees and charges for sewer service to be rendered to the premises.
