The permit fee for contractors and property owners is thirty dollars ($30.00) for residential work. The permit fee for contractors and property owners is forty dollars ($40.00) for commercial work. A plan or sketch of the proposed commercial driveway, with pertinent measurements shown, shall be provided to the city at the time of the permit application. The fee for the initial inspection, which must be made before the pour or placement, shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) for residential and commercial work and forty dollars ($20.00) for subsequent inspections.
