12.04.030: CONTRACTOR; LICENSED AND BONDED:
The contractor must be licensed and bonded. A performance bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for commercial work is required to be on file with the city clerk before a permit can be issued and work is commenced. (Ord. 861 §1, 1998)
