12.02.250: REMOVAL OF EXCAVATED MATERIALS:
The party making the cut shall remove all of the surface material and earth excavated and leave the surface of the street and parking perfectly clean. The cuts so temporarily repaired shall be maintained by and at the expense of the party making such cuts until the cuts have been permanently repaired. (Ord. 861 §1, 1998)
