Any person who violates any of the provisions of this title, upon conviction thereof in the municipal court, shall be guilty of an offense and subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs for each day such person is found to be in violation of this title plus the costs of proper replacement of streets, sidewalks, driveways, and approaches, curbs and gutters not in compliance with the standards provided in this title.
