12.01.010: ACCESS TO FIRE HYDRANTS AND WATERGATES:
Free and unobstructed access to all fire hydrants and watergates shall be maintained at all times. No material of any kind whatsoever shall be placed within ten feet (10') of any hydrant, no more excavations made than absolutely necessary. (Ord. 861 §1, 1998)
