10.88.080: REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLE:
Presentation of the order of release as provided in section 10.88.070 of this chapter at the place of impoundment, together with payment or tender of payment of all impoundment costs and accrued storage charges due, shall entitle the person presenting such release to obtain possession of such vehicle.
