10.88.020: DEFINITION:
The word "vehicle" as used in this chapter, shall, in addition to its common meaning, mean any vehicle, whether motorized or designed to be pulled, towed or otherwise moved by another vehicle or power source, which is intended for use on public roads and streets. (Ord. 1066 §1, 2009)
