10.48.030: PARKING WITHIN MARKED SPACES:
In an area where parking spaces have been marked off on the surface of the roadway, a driver parking a vehicle shall park it within a parking space as thus marked off, and not on or across the lines delimiting the spaces. (Prior code §18-89)
