10.48.020: GENERAL REGULATIONS:
No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than next to the edge of the roadway, on the right side thereof, and with the right hand wheels of the vehicle within eighteen inches (18") of the curb or edge of the roadway, except as otherwise provided in this title. No driver of a vehicle shall leave the vehicle with the motor running while parked. (Prior code §18-88)
