In addition to the traffic commission, the police chief is hereby authorized to determine and designate by proper signs, places, including sides of streets adjacent to any school property, when in his or her opinion such parking, standing or stopping of vehicle would create any hazardous condition or would cause a delay to traffic. After such signs are so erected and in place, no person shall park, stand or stop a vehicle in any such designated place, and a violation thereof shall constitute an offense. (Ord. 1037 §2, 2007)
