The commission shall elect a chairman and vice chairman from the membership who shall serve for periods of one year, or until their successors are elected. The commission shall meet in regular sessions not less than once per month; such date to be established by the commission. In addition, the commission shall meet upon special call by the mayor, chairman or vice chairman of the commission at the request of the city council. (Ord. 557 §2, 1983)
