10.12.031: ABSENCES TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP:
If any individual member of the commission shall be absent from more than one-half (1/2) of any four (4) consecutive meetings of the traffic commission, he shall thereupon cease to hold office and the vacancy created thereby shall be filled as provided in this chapter for original appointment to the commission.
