Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus court costs, as may be determined by the municipal court, except where otherwise specified or hereafter set out. (Ord. 842 §1, 1998)
