9.04.010: DRIVING OVER FIRE HOSE:
Whenever any hose of the fire department is laid upon any street, alley, bridge, vacant lot or other place, public or private, it is unlawful and an offense for any person to drive any automobile, truck, bus, wagon, locomotive or railway car or other vehicle over the same, except upon specific orders from the fire chief or other officer in charge where the hose is being used; provided that this section shall not apply to any vehicle belonging to the fire department.
