9.02.050: UNLAWFUL ACTS AGAINST POLICE DOGS:
A.   No person shall wilfully torture, torment, beat, mutilate, injure, disable, or otherwise mistreat a police dog owned, or the service of which is employed, by the city or any other law enforcement agency of the state or political subdivision of the state.
B.   No person shall wilfully interfere with the lawful performance of any police dog. (Ord. 1082 §1, 2010)
