8.45.050: ENFORCEMENT:
The City shall, at a minimum, do the following in order to prevent tobacco use in City owned/operated places:
A.   Post signs at entrances to City owned/operated places which state that tobacco use is prohibited; and
B.   Ask tobacco users to refrain from using any form of tobacco products, upon observation of anyone violating the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1187, 2018)
