8.30.100: PENALTIES:
In the absence of a different penalty, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and shall be fined a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus costs. (Ord. 690 §1, 1989)
