8.30.090: VIOLATIONS:
No person shall violate any provision of the duly approved rules and regulations of the director. The director, all police and peace officers, and park attendants or employees shall have the authority to eject from any park any person whose conduct violates any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 690 §1, 1989)
