8.30.080: OFFENSIVE CONDUCT:

The use, consumption or drinking of intoxicating beverages; drunkenness, gambling or engaging in disorderly, unchaste or lewd conduct; making, aiding or assisting in any disorderly noise, riot or breach of peace by any person shall be unlawful. (Ord. 690 §1, 1989)
