The city parks shall be open to the public from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. until eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. each day of the week. At all other times the parks shall be closed. No person shall refuse to leave any park or remain in any park during such hours as the park is closed for public use. The hours shall be posted at each park in conspicuous places to be easily observed. (Ord. 690 §1, 1989)
