8.24.020: PENALTY:
Each day's violation of section 8.24.010 of this chapter constitutes a separate offense, and any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of section 8.24.010 of this chapter is guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine and costs for each offense. (Ord. 412 §1, 1976: prior code §13-83)
