8.20.030: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed eighteen dollars ($18.00) and two dollars ($2.00) costs, and each violation constitutes a separate offense. (Prior code §13-101)
